نبادر مشروع تطوّع ينطلق من الكويت، من محمود البستان وفهد الهاجري. يشمل هذا الإشعار الموقع وقائمة الانتظار والتطبيق. يستقبل الموقع حاليًا طلبات التسجيل للإطلاق، وقد تتاح مزايا التطبيق تدريجيًا. للاستفسار عن بياناتك، تواصل معنا عبر info@nubadir.com.
بيانات التواصل والحساب
تجمع قائمة الانتظار بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف الاختياري والدور المختار واللغة ووقت التسجيل ومصدره وعنوان الإنترنت IP. نستخدمها لإدارة دعوات الإطلاق والحد من إساءة الاستخدام. يستخدم تسجيل الدخول في التطبيق رقم الهاتف ورموز تحقق مؤقتة. قد يتضمن حسابك الاسم المعروض والمدينة واللغة والصورة وعضويات الجهات. تُستخدم بيانات التواصل لرسائل الخدمة عند تفعيل خدمة الإرسال المعنية.
الموقع وصور تسجيل الحضور
نستخدم الموقع عند طلب عرض المبادرات القريبة أو تسجيل الحضور. يتضمن سجل الحضور الإحداثيات ودقة الموقع والمسافة من الفعالية والوقت وحالة المشاركة. يطلب التطبيق صورة سيلفي لمراجعة الحضور، ولا يتتبع موقعك باستمرار في الخلفية. صور الحضور خاصة: يمكن لمنظّمي الفعالية المخوّلين ومشرفي المنصة مراجعتها، ولا تُعرض كصور عامة في الملف الشخصي أو الخلاصة.
المعلومات العامة والمنظّمون
قد يظهر للآخرين ملفك العام وصورتك ومدينتك ومنشوراتك وسجل مشاركاتك الموثّقة وشاراتك وساعاتك وإحصاءات مساهماتك. الصور التي تختار نشرها في المنشورات وسائط عامة. يمكن للمنظّمين المخوّلين بإدارة فعالية الاطلاع على أرقام هواتف المشاركين ومعلومات مشاركتهم وحضورهم فيها. لا تنشر معلومات خاصة أو صورًا لأشخاص آخرين دون الإذن المناسب.
مزودو الخدمة والتخزين على الجهاز
توفّر Cloudflare الاستضافة والتخزين والأمان وخدمات البريد. تُحمّل خطوط الموقع من Google Fonts، التي تتلقى معلومات الاتصال اللازمة لتقديمها. تُحوّل الرسائل المرسلة إلى بريد التواصل إلى بريدي Gmail لمالكَي المشروع. قد يعالج هؤلاء المزودون المعلومات خارج الكويت. يحفظ الموقع اختيار اللغة في localStorage، ويحفظ التطبيق معلومات الجلسة على جهازك لاستمرار تسجيل الدخول. لا تتضمن صفحة الإطلاق الحالية أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات.
الاحتفاظ وطلبات الحذف
لا تتضمن الخدمة الحالية جدولًا تلقائيًا لحذف بيانات الحساب أو الحضور أو الوسائط المرفوعة أو قائمة الانتظار. تواصل معنا لطلب الوصول إلى معلوماتك أو تصحيحها أو إزالتها أو الانسحاب من قائمة الانتظار. نعالج الطلبات يدويًا، وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من تحكمك في الحساب المعني. سنوضح ما يمكن حذفه وأي معلومات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب أمنية أو نزاعات الحضور أو المتطلبات القانونية. انتهاء صلاحية رمز الدخول لا يعني حذف جميع السجلات المرتبطة به.
خياراتك والتغييرات
يمكنك ترك رقم الهاتف الاختياري فارغًا في قائمة الانتظار، ورفض إذن الموقع أو الكاميرا، وعدم نشر الصور أو المنشورات. رفض إذن الموقع أو الكاميرا يحد من إمكانية توثيق الحضور. عند التواصل للدعم، شارك فقط المعلومات اللازمة للتحقق من الطلب. سنحدّث هذه الصفحة عند تغيير ممارسات البيانات، ويظهر تاريخ التحديث أعلاه.
About this notice
Nubadir is a Kuwait-first volunteering project by Mahmoud Albustan and Fahad AlHajeri. This notice covers our website, waitlist and app. The website is currently accepting launch registrations; app features may become available in stages. Contact info@nubadir.com with questions about your information.
Contact details and account information
The waitlist collects your email, optional phone number, selected role, language, signup time and source, and IP address. We use these to manage launch invitations and prevent abuse. App sign-in uses your phone number and temporary verification codes. Your account can contain a display name, city, language, avatar and organisation memberships. Service messages use your contact details when the relevant delivery service is enabled.
Location and check-in photos
Location is used when you request nearby events or check in. A check-in records coordinates, location accuracy, distance from the event, time and attendance status. The app asks you to take a selfie for attendance review. It does not continuously track your background location. Check-in selfies are private: authorised event organisers and platform administrators can review them; they are not public profile or feed images.
Public information and organisers
Your public profile, avatar, city, posts, verified participation history, badges, hours and contribution statistics can be visible to other people. Photos you choose to publish in posts are public media. Organisers authorised to manage an event can access participant contact phone numbers and attendance/check-in information for that event. Do not put private information or photos of other people in public posts without appropriate permission.
Service providers and device storage
Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, security and email services. Website fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them. Email sent to our contact address is forwarded to both project owners’ Gmail inboxes. These providers may process information outside Kuwait. The website stores your language choice in localStorage; the app stores session information on your device so you can remain signed in. The current landing page has no advertising or analytics scripts.
Retention and deletion requests
The current service has no automatic deletion schedule for account, attendance, uploaded-media or waitlist records. Contact us to request access, correction, removal of your information, or withdrawal from the waitlist. Requests are handled manually, and we may need to verify that you control the relevant account. We will explain what can be removed and any information that needs to remain for security, attendance disputes or legal requirements. Expiration of a login code does not mean all related records have been deleted.
Your choices and changes
You can leave the optional waitlist phone field blank, decline location or camera access, and choose not to publish posts or photos. Declining location/camera access limits check-in verification. For support requests, share only the information needed to investigate them. We will update this page when our data practices change; the revision date appears above.
