Organise a volunteering initiative in Kuwait and follow every participant in one place
Nubadir is a volunteering platform for Kuwait, now in development. We are building it for volunteer teams, community groups, companies and government bodies that organise hands-on work. This page sets out what the app will offer organisers when it launches.
Your initiative, under your organisation’s name
Every initiative on Nubadir is run by an organisation: a volunteer team, a community group, a company or a government body. You create a page for your organisation in the app, add admins who run it with you, and publish initiatives under its name, so volunteers know who is responsible for an initiative before they join.
Clear details before anyone joins
You create the initiative with its details: the purpose, the time, the place, and the hands and skills it needs. Anyone reading it knows what is being asked of them before they agree, and that alone saves you half the questions.
Follow participants and review check-ins
Then you run the participants in one place instead of a group chat: who joined, who actually turned up, whose attendance is verified. You review check-ins yourself, and you can trust someone to review them alongside you on the day without handing over the event.
Volunteers check in from inside the initiative’s area with a selfie for verification, and reviewers see how far each person was from the site, not their exact coordinates. A person always makes the attendance decision. The details are in the privacy notice.
Invitations for participants and helpers
You can share an invitation link with the people taking part, and another with the people helping you run the initiative. A helper sees the participant list and reviews check-ins, without being able to edit the initiative itself.
Verified hours for every volunteer
Once attendance is approved, the hours are added to each volunteer’s profile as verified volunteer hours, without ranking volunteers or turning it into a competition.
Before launch
